My honest review: poor infrastructure, heavy work low salary, there is no safety, very very worst food(sundram fasteners autolec division). Room to company distance upto 3KM. No transport facility..but its only learning platform.. Contract Employees behaviour very worst...worst Management.. There is no neatness of company.. Its not right place to future grow work.. Bad job security...

No work life balance . It's a labour job no need to study for doing that production job. . management treat graduate student as a labour .and they don't provide training for upskilling. They use only for their production purpose.

This company is very amazing company everyone working in this company should be good company pay high salary company environment is very All the products manufactured in this company are manufactured with high quality

It's good to work in that company u can learn something new in it and the supervisor is good he will treat you to grow up and he will encourage everyone to learn new things work culture is good

Good Systems followed, Good Relationship & working environment, Learning lot of thing's like technical and system related. During covid pandemic - SFL supporting finincial related to each and everyone. Customer relationship is good.

Same experience person but salary difference is too high (more than 80% difference). Promotion some one as get every two years once and some one not get even after 4years also. Mobile phonennot allowed inside the factory but all the employees are bring their gizmo and used during their shift working time also. Discipline is not good in Contract labour's, Contract labour's in & out time not followed correctly, Some contract labour's(North Indians and Local guys) using Hans (போதைப்பொருட்கள்) - Need to be followed the organization rules strictly.
