It's ok and acceptable ...but the preventive steps taken by the company is very lazy.good environment and there is no performance appraisal.rare job security ..worst work given for engineers ..there is no respect for engineers

...ch in their respective fields. A right person will have an excellent reputation. Periodically appraisal is being done and based on the performance very good salary is paid. Working environment is very best and learning opportunity is vast. Management is treating their Employees as a family and the people working here Will feel the happiness towards the work Which results in continuous growth of the Organisation and the Employees. In a word I can say " It's a God's Gift to work in Sundram Fasteners " with the Support of Chairman & Managing director who stands behind the success in career and in Personal Life.

A good learning school & for those who work to the core, company supports very well. Compensation is fair enough to survive that's it we can say.

Dislikes

HR doesn't reviews the salary of a person working on a level to the new comer on the same level which causes self disgrace to the existing employment. Allowances are age old which needs to be revised to the present inflation level.

My honest review: poor infrastructure, heavy work low salary, there is no safety, very very worst food(sundram fasteners autolec division). Room to company distance upto 3KM. No transport facility..but its only learning platform.. Contract Employees behaviour very worst...worst Management.. There is no neatness of company.. Its not right place to future grow work.. Bad job security...

It's a one of the fastest growing company in manufacturing with zero defects. I am happy to work with that.

Increment and bonus are not good. No incentives and benefits and also work pressure is very high
