As Regional level of managers behave as worst..The employee under them are feeling very afraid and unsecure...every time they threat to employee as terminate from company and abusing.

Good salary for a fresher. And high job security. It’s a good place for a family man to settle.

The below pointers completely depend on the team you get placed in. 1. The IT culture in the team was very suffocating. (Especially in HOSUR plant) 2. The work life balance is completely up and down. And if u get into few projects you will have to work even on Sundays. 3. The pressure to deliver is completely in an unimaginable high. 4. Even after giving the policy of *WFH*, the manager doesn’t allow it and makes it mandatory for all the team members to be in the office, otherwise tells to take a leave if u r not able make it to office.
