No holidays, Saturday and Sunday you have to work. Even on leaves, you must be available on phones and on MS teams Most meetings are organized on leaves and holidays. No job security, if you're boss is not satisfied, they'll straight fire the employee No HR practices is there, HR is only for the sake of Name, if any escalation done to HR, HR told that talk to your manager. No personal life, no job security no Exit interview conducted High attrition at TM service level in last year due to non genuine pressure Total blackmailing done in this company with employees RSM and HR will judge you on the verbatim of your boss no direct interaction will be done in this company

The only good thing is Job Security

...evel in the company and things usually work according to TST- TVS Standard Time. The opportunity for growth is almost non existent and the compensation is pathetic. The driving factor of the company is to make sure that the employees aren't comfortable. Just to give a glimpse, the first question they ask during the interview is that if you have a girl friend, and if the answer is yes then you are automatically at a disadvantage because they want people who don't have a life. I have written all of this from personal experience and I hope I am able to save a few people from making the mistake that I made.
