Just throwing stones around. HR people asks for money to new joiners HR people makes false commitments No pay benefits for extra work time Leaves depends on Boss approval and they deny mostly

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Focuz parts mart limited company took by TVS company,in company my post assitant accountant but in all day not sit in accountant seat the shop manager very badley behaving and all work doing the shop and focuz parts mart company basic salary 7800 credit by our hand.focuz parts company scam & Employee doesn't get any respect doesn't get any fair salary.Tvs company please take action about focuz parts mart because cheating theft in head office managers take strict enquiry for focuz parts mart company.
