Ya, it's good relationship between boss and team. There is a uniform for no difference between either VP and Executive. Are all equal inside the TVS.

Dislikes

Some few things is there, in our company temporary executive trainees they don't have work securities and unsatisfied salary. There is two different work pattern six day and five day pattern, I'm not ok that working pattern.

Just throwing stones around. HR people asks for money to new joiners HR people makes false commitments No pay benefits for extra work time Leaves depends on Boss approval and they deny mostly

Company is good, salary on time, colleagues are helpful.

As Regional level of managers behave as worst..The employee under them are feeling very afraid and unsecure...every time they threat to employee as terminate from company and abusing.
