This does not come under "Like" category, but the only decent part of this company is the salary. Those guys who only care about wasting life for money and promotions, then this company is ideal for them. Some rare people (including me) who are hungry about knowledge, skills will face a "nightmare" while working. Again, this is NOT a like from me but some people really love and care about money, promotions that's why I wrote it here. I also saw some rare managers and team leads who are slightly better, due to these people I gave 2 star overall rating instead of just 1 star. But their rare wellness gets washed away due to other aspects as written in the 'Dislike' section of this review.

A lot of things can be mentioned here, but here are highlight key points that we experienced while working as a full time employee for past 2.5-3 years in a development/programming side. Here you see the word "we" instead of "I" because in our team many great candidates left out due to this. (1) Horrible project plannings: When we came to know about any new project from manager, that time only face-to-face discussions were happening in office. There was no official document, tickets, no official sign-off from the people to whom we need to deliver that project. Manager asked to directly start developing that project without informing anything about required formalities. (2) Bullsh!t on-site visits: Even if we are the technical guys who primarily working in development or programming side, our crappy manager and senior forcing us to visit the business people to gather the requirements and show the working demo. There were NO team members who're dedicated to work with business people for communication or presentations. In short, you're responsible for both development and getting requirements as product owner/manager. (3) Crappy review meetings with team lead: Our manager scheduled bi-weekly recurring calls with team lead. During that call, instead of understanding whatever done so far, more than 90% of the time he was interested in doing some useless questions to catch us into some un-answerable situation and then that review calls gets converted to scolding sessions. What will we do if manager wants us to work on development part first and team lead wants to do other formalities like documentation, getting sign-off from business etc? In that case, we can not say anything about manager otherwise later he will scold on us. Obviously our manager also never had answers for any of these questions. (4) The WORSE higher level management: If we wanted to provide some feedback about the manager then team lead will never listen. Instead, he will scold on us showing how we are not capable of doing any work in the right way. Similarly, the HR people are also useless no matter how much you report to them or how much you try to change your team due to such bad treatments. (5) Overall harassment: We know our 11 years experienced lead engineer (NOT team lead) who resigned in 6 months and gave honest feedback to the HR about how things are going worse because of our manager and team lead. Then those two guys made his remaining notice period a complete nightmare... For this reason, no one would provide true feedback before leaving and we saw the HR also does not care. (6) There are many r@scal and rac!st people who are just sitting in higher positions because of the terrible internal politics and number of years they WASTED in this company (we know they're extremely n00b and won't get opportunity anywhere else).

Lack of role clarity. Unrealistic Target setting-- very much top-down. Top heavy decision making. Bottom-up approach not seen often.

...evel in the company and things usually work according to TST- TVS Standard Time. The opportunity for growth is almost non existent and the compensation is pathetic. The driving factor of the company is to make sure that the employees aren't comfortable. Just to give a glimpse, the first question they ask during the interview is that if you have a girl friend, and if the answer is yes then you are automatically at a disadvantage because they want people who don't have a life. I have written all of this from personal experience and I hope I am able to save a few people from making the mistake that I made.
