Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

As first job, it's a good place to learn and develop own management skills, good environment and friendly colleagues. The upper management pressure sometimes feels loaded, and sometimes locality become an issue. Other way good to learn, discover, challenges proffetion place.

Dislikes

Locality, peoples from local areas causes unnecessary issues with service dis-satisfaction, because we were ready to surve but the comes to non reliable in some cases, the only issue
