Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 13 to 15 hours straight in day as i have to attend client calls in the evaning anf sometime late into tje night managers do not value an individuals unoque strenghts.

Can’t share is one list. Just want to let you know that if you are working in TVS Credit. Your personal life is gone. You don’t have weekends, offs nothing. You always be side lined if you are non tamil speaking they always give preference to thier peoples only.

In this company, salary is given on time and promotion is also given on time.

Dislikes

concall starts at 7:00 in the morning? Who call be your senior at any time till 12:00 in the night.There are no holidays here. You will have to work every day, Sunday or Saturday event on national holidays these people get the work done by giving maximum incentives.The seniors here have no logic. They will only abuse you. They will make you work under pressure.There is no work culture here. There is no corporate culture. Everyone here works under pressure till late night.The first company I saw was where even the HR manager worked till 1:00 in the night.
