Third party IT person handling the quarry but salary related support for it team available prision role so please remove this option not support for all the things engineer on roll tvs good support and happy but third party available this is very bad salary was low received 50% salary month complete then transfer it prision this is not good because tvs paying engneer pay 36000 & 40000 so why are connected this party' please Direct toll it's good for tvs company and engneer roll so please support me.

In this company, salary is given on time and promotion is also given on time.

Dislikes

concall starts at 7:00 in the morning? Who call be your senior at any time till 12:00 in the night.There are no holidays here. You will have to work every day, Sunday or Saturday event on national holidays these people get the work done by giving maximum incentives.The seniors here have no logic. They will only abuse you. They will make you work under pressure.There is no work culture here. There is no corporate culture. Everyone here works under pressure till late night.The first company I saw was where even the HR manager worked till 1:00 in the night.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
