Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

...S Auto Assist as an Automobile Technician was the worst experience of my career. There was no work-life balance, no salary increments, and no overtime pay or incentives. Despite working there for 3 years, my salary remained the same. The company disregards labor laws, forcing employees to work 12-15 hours a day. When I resigned, they blocked my salary for three months, which was extremely unfair. After putting in all my efforts, I didn't expect such horrible treatment. This company does not value its employees, and I would not recommend working here to anyone.

...ave facility & one need to works under extensive pressure as per clients demand.Upper management get higher salary package & apparaisal but this company exploit the employees those who are working in fields they have to wait 3 to 4 years for appraisal & increment.If an employee left the job they dont settle gratituity,paid leave etc. And also they dont provide relieving letter for 5 to 6 months.
