Company's work culture is very pathetic, no learning involved and work life balance is also terrible, and yes last but not the least attendance marking system is not good, also depends on your team and manager.

1.Work culture is good 2.Insurance benefits are best especially health insurance family cover.

1.There is no proper appraisal done .It is done without any discussion on work feedback. 2.Management unnecessarily insists on work from office even if work can be managed in hybrid mode.

Amazing environment, wonderful hierarchy and management. You have an issue?? They Are Listening to you, go for it. Free Culture, Cooperative Management, If you have the skill you are always welcomed, Gives a range of opportunities if you want to switch the career with in. Respectful environment.

Not as such, It depends on your department and team behaviour that brings good or bad experiences. And that's normal across all the corporates.

Our Management has taken all possible safety measures beyond one could imagine... They closely follow all international standards to safeguard their Employees and their families... They had started implementing all safety precautions, prevention and procedures even in Tamilnadu and all over India from 1st of March when no other companies had even thought about the vulnerability other than Mumbai... Not even the state govt taken any steps that time... Right from providing safety and preventive gears to vitamin supplements to office sterifuming to hands free Door puller to WFH to what not one could imagine??? I feel very proud to be a member of TV18 family and to work under my boss Mr Madhusudhan Manda who is our Head of operations and HR... He is virtually with us from Day 1 and make us feel he is literally with us in real life... He is one super computer brain in human body with great humanity that only one can experience and understand it only by being in his team... Here Everything is under control and everything is taken care... Overall I love my company and I do it since 2005...

Working with IT Teams of Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi is terrific, very supportive staff be it superiors, colleagues or juniors.

Dislikes

No appreciation of work by seniors, a large team reporting to a person who does not have deep knowledge, often takes decisions on his whims, with no role play by HR
