...worst and they just suck you out of your blood and sweat and just pay only less. I came in as a trainee with 10K salary after 4 years it's still 10.5K. I have completed my bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. The main problem over there is still retired people are still working for more than 10 years . They do not allow youngsters to learn and implement their ideas.

I like they're paying salary by month end and working hours only 8:30 hr

Dislikes

The down line management was very fathetic they are very helpless to manpower they are thinking only for their safety, selfish persons and they're giving very less incentive

As compared to other construction companies, This company policy is not good, Salary package Good but Travel Claim is very bad to gain lot of process (not satisfied)

You get salary on time ,last day of the month you get your salary

1- Salary raise is Stagnant 2- Seniors are mentally torchering To engineers 3- Behaviour is also bad 4- if you are a North Indian ,don't join TVS and Sons ,whatever you have good character they don't give you priority

Good work environment and culture.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management .Salary is decent but career growth is slow
