work life culture is great and you will get your salary timely.

reimbursement will take too much time more than 5 months sometimes, salary is too low, tenders are not too big, due to small projects and poor work by contractor you won't get the knowledge of actual construction like piling , pre stressing , highway or something actually big.

...ng independently with healthy environment. Team work with positive approach. Co. Policies are good but salary hike is not sufficient.

...on is not looking mandatory as I experienced. Give opportunity to freshers also. Salary hike is not sufficient as per work in field and current inflation, fuel rates are so high but fuel expenses reimbursement is very low.

No support from HO during inception of project..A lot of delay in approvals.No assistance in office establishment, vehicle deployment.We worked for 2 months under the trees

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nothing. The practice of online submission of Travel expenses and salary bill will be helpful.
