...on is not looking mandatory as I experienced. Give opportunity to freshers also. Salary hike is not sufficient as per work in field and current inflation, fuel rates are so high but fuel expenses reimbursement is very low.

No support from HO during inception of project..A lot of delay in approvals.No assistance in office establishment, vehicle deployment.We worked for 2 months under the trees

The management wants growth without risk. No new ventures allowed, No new idea is appreciated.they wants to fly without opening the wings. Every time only bother about payments. No actions taken for technical growth of employees.

...ho are willing to learn. Because good flow of samples for almost all parameters. Salary and appraisal wise personally I am not happy, but they will give salary on time that's the best part. Work environment is good and security is most impressive.
