... on four months unpaid leave...This is how they are supporting their employess..In time of this pandemic the first step should be the salary deduction, but here there are set of lobbyists trying to save their job by making others to go on this unpaid leave..

Politically influenced company, too much politics here and there inside top management . Even sometimes lack of decision making is an issue amongst management...

The amount of respect one can get being part of TUV SUD is highlighting to me. You get to learn new things, new environment, new people on daily basis while disposing your duty. Overall I always refer TUV SUD as a employer to everyone.

Dislikes

...t will be very difficult to manage work life balance while working with TUV SUD. TUV SUD is not a good pay master but at the same time sustainable growth is always there. Don't expect very big. Travel is the sole of this company so if you are joining as auditor or inspection executive be always ready with packed bags.

...ho are willing to learn. Because good flow of samples for almost all parameters. Salary and appraisal wise personally I am not happy, but they will give salary on time that's the best part. Work environment is good and security is most impressive.
