Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...rced to travel in the sun, rains, even if you are sick company doesn't care. 3. No good salary increments. 4. 3 years bond for new joiners. 5. 3 months notice period.

Offered salary vs actual salary is totally different. Employee is forced to sign a contractual bond. If bond is not completed by the employee, company is deducting it from the salary. Also during notice period, 3months salary is on hold. They say Full and final settlement will be done on 45th day of last working day… however it may go upto 90 days at actual. I short the employee has no salary for 6months

Company giving yo all travel and food allowance but it's take 45 day long process. It means if u spend money for company's work than its give u after 30 to 45 days.
