Working environment and facilities are satisfying, there is always opportunities to learn new things and develop skills with proper guidance, however climbing up the ladder depends upon skills and performance and it's bit time taking. However it's overall good ferm to work with.

There is nothing in particular to hate, salary and growth can be slow and and challenges are all same like competition with coworkers, but it's part of job.

Great learning experience. You will get more exposure to various industries. Learn about various types of jobs.

...rced to travel in the sun, rains, even if you are sick company doesn't care. 3. No good salary increments. 4. 3 years bond for new joiners. 5. 3 months notice period.

Offered salary vs actual salary is totally different. Employee is forced to sign a contractual bond. If bond is not completed by the employee, company is deducting it from the salary. Also during notice period, 3months salary is on hold. They say Full and final settlement will be done on 45th day of last working day… however it may go upto 90 days at actual. I short the employee has no salary for 6months

Tuv is the one of the best Third party inspection company, Here we can utilise the work life balance very well.

... TUV is we can't learn any new things further. We have to do our work and leave. There will be no increments in our salary.

Giving your salary time to time . No too much work pressure.

Dislikes

Company giving yo all travel and food allowance but it's take 45 day long process. It means if u spend money for company's work than its give u after 30 to 45 days.
