But if there is no work or project for the company. They don't pay salary, I think at least 50% of salary they should provide during these days and this is very bad activity for the company.

The company has third party testing laboratory in food & water. Proper time to time work, my colleagues come from various cultural, but we work happily. Its good environment condition to work.

Offered salary vs actual salary is totally different. Employee is forced to sign a contractual bond. If bond is not completed by the employee, company is deducting it from the salary. Also during notice period, 3months salary is on hold. They say Full and final settlement will be done on 45th day of last working day… however it may go upto 90 days at actual. I short the employee has no salary for 6months
