Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

work life culture is great and you will get your salary timely.

Dislikes

reimbursement will take too much time more than 5 months sometimes, salary is too low, tenders are not too big, due to small projects and poor work by contractor you won't get the knowledge of actual construction like piling , pre stressing , highway or something actually big.

Office and staff good and working culture is excellent. Salary credit on the time of each months.

Dislikes

Higher official boss toxicity relation and transport and site expenses not paid on time. Enough workmanship not present at site.

...ng independently with healthy environment. Team work with positive approach. Co. Policies are good but salary hike is not sufficient.

Dislikes

...on is not looking mandatory as I experienced. Give opportunity to freshers also. Salary hike is not sufficient as per work in field and current inflation, fuel rates are so high but fuel expenses reimbursement is very low.

Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

...oltics and the management doesn't address our issues.food accomodation very bad.salary is decent but career growth is very slow.
