Too much office politics, management is worse 👎, HR is in pocket of managers very rude and unprofessional behaviour with employees. Harassing and abusive work environment with unnecessary stress.

Learning new technical skills based on self learning most of the time. Opportunity to work with global certifications and clients.

Compensation and technical competencies needs to improve based on market demands.

you get promoted only if you know to do bucketing to reporting manager. old time managers must be thrown out only then others can comeup. too much of dirty politics
