Well, I can say a lot of things here. 1. The management is just arrogant. They don't appreciate your hardwork. 2. The leave privileges are fake. They offer you a lot and give nothing almost. 3. Zero appraisal. 4. Mental harassment.

Nothing to like about it. Anyone can gain some experience (worst) while working here.

Worst Management Ever No increment or incentives as promised Zero job security, they can terminate you if they like without even giving any proper explanation Excessive mental stress They don't think about the employees, they only look for their own profit Efforts given by the employees are not even recognised, let alone encouraging them They will force you to work if they think it is convenient for them, even during holidays Don't even think of joining this company. The worst work culture and work ethics are shown by the management. Just a toxic work culture nurtured here by the top management.
