...on totally NGO BASE and useless. No management decipline,rules and regulations. Salary also not good,if you are not from Assam then you will be in a big problem. The employees over there will make politics,using slang ,threating to you quit the organization.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
