The only good thing in this organisation is they Pay Salary on 1st day of the Month. Organisation structure is good but some department is like hell. If you want to work in IT Department then be prepared to get physical humiliation.

Dislikes

Don't have any etiquettes, work manners in IT Dept. They do not even hesitate to slap employees. Inferior work culture as they do not welcome newcomers. They think they are the best and have all the knowledge and you are nothing. They suffer from job insecurity and always compete with each other in their own team. Don't waste your time and don't recommend anyone for this organisation IT profile.

On-time Salary and flexi-time and no late mark policy. Work-life balance is very good except few departments. All colleagues are friendly and very supportive. Learning scope is good for entry-level employees only.

Appraisal is highly unsatisfactory. Most corrupted HR -Head. Don't trust. No open communication for employees. Job security is less. Those can do buttering to management only they can survive

...erview with checking their profile. They just playing with candidates sentiment. one suggestion to every new candidate that if HR call you then ask first their package for this position and ask them to take interview over phone or G-Meet. don't waste your time to go their office for interview.

Everything, All people and management are horrible, The hire new comer with low salary and there have nothing to do planing . They hire for Mis and send warehouse for labour work and send store for selling.
