The work pressure is really really high, very long working hours, work environment ensures that it teaches you how to get things done and be successful. It actually makes you a Spartan.Working there for n number of years is equivalent to working 3 times the experience you gain but it is up to you if you want to be a Spartan or just a furniture. There no benefits like PF, medical insurance, company mobile in client servicing. Very long work hours.No training - you have to learn on the job - which can turned to your advantage if you are really experience and knowledge hungry.
