The thing i like about turno is there way of adapting with the new technologies and tackling problems. Giving freshers chance to learn.

...but because of this they take decisions very fast and it gets vanished fast too. Also the salary yes startups cannot afford much but still people doing well need to get some extra benefits.

None of those passionate and creative people are in leadership. And leadership calls all the shots. Forget about work/life balance (you’ll be expected to work nights and weekends), and get ready to cry on at least a weekly basis.
