Worst Company i have seen till the date. The CEO of Company (Sumeet Aggarwal) treat all the employees like a labour. Fake Commitment . Bad Politics by the owner of the company. They are not following any policies which is given on the joining time.Totally Bad Management. When i quit this company i recieved threats from the owner for Fnf and background verifications.I strictly recommend to not joining this company work hard try somewhere else.Infact here is no job security as well.Worked on under pressure every time infact they are pressurised to work on saturday sunday as well.

Just a few of my colleagues who really worked with their full honesty and hard work, rest everything is pathetic about this so called organisation!!

Well, the most of it to be honest!! Firstly coming on the only positive side of it, that is few of the honest employees out there. Now coming to the real face of it. So I have worked there for approximately 4 months as a Business Analyst and these 4 months were full of horrible experiences. Firstly while I was hired, I got hired under a senior business analyst who happened to be the best friend of Mr CEO (Sumeet Aggarwal). Initial few days were good when I used to go for client meetings with them but later on my senior left the office and I was left the only business analyst there. A fresher with technical background and no guidance, it was always difficult yet challenging to work. But still I somehow used to manage and give out my full results as asked for. But now comes the real part. Since I was promised to be given a appraisal after the commencement of my 3 months probation period, my CEO started giving me many miscellaneous work which were always out of my scope of knowledge just to demotivate me and restrict me from getting an appraisal. Just for an example, one day my CEO called me inside his office and asked me to prepare 25 different PPTs each of minimum 6-7 slides which were to be presented by the EOD since he had his meeting the next day. And since I was not able to deliver it on time, he even forced my manager to give negative reviews about my work. So while we were having my upraisal meeting, he bought up all these points and asked me to work on a half a salary since I didn’t delivered the required task on time. So after getting frustrated of all these things, I finally resigned and luckily got placed in a far better organisation at a far better pay scale. TurningCloud Solutions really helped me learn how a office politics runs around a single man who only wants his employees to work for him at free of cost!
