Teammates are great. They will help you in need. Training is very good for freshers. Carrier growth is average. Salary and appraisal is below average. Only reason why I stayed for so long is because of my team...they have supported me throughout and made my experience better,work life balance is good

Laidback attitude,no appraisals or growth especially in sales because management is very impartial towards sales department, decision making is done by the wrong people, no company structure, improper communication between departments cause lapses in the project,also no one is willing to take responsibility for their actions and in the end sales department has to take the heat from the customer.
