Teammates are great. They will help you in need. Training is very good for freshers. Carrier growth is average. Salary and appraisal is below average. No politics involved in company. work environment is awesome. finally for freshers and to people who in interested in turbo-machinery its a great place to work.

Dislikes

away from city, so you need 3 hours/day least to travel. No on time salary. No on time appraisal.

Only reason why I stayed for so long is because of my team...they have supported me throughout and made my experience better,work life balance is good

Dislikes

Laidback attitude,no appraisals or growth especially in sales because management is very impartial towards sales department, decision making is done by the wrong people, no company structure, improper communication between departments cause lapses in the project,also no one is willing to take responsibility for their actions and in the end sales department has to take the heat from the customer.

We can learn all the process and procedure required from industry point of view

Still using old technology for Assembly, finance, even attendece. No perfect system made to be followed, no canteen facility

You will not get to work on the types of project like at Turbotech anywhere else, unless it is a multinational OEM outside India.

Dislikes

Nothing in particular. It has all the normal pains of a growing company working in a high technology area.
