Nothing to like here, Company wastes money on Anniversary celebrations and spends money on dancers,performers instead of supporting workers.

Dislikes

Terrible office work culture, Dictatorship of Company Directors,the work pressure is very high, no career growth/Salary , No work-life balance due to Strict office timing and Office in a location of city which is difficult to reach due to terrible traffic in that area (Hyderabad office).

...nt was so good teammates very helpful are supportive there very huge cafeteria . company policies are good they give good salary .

Dislikes

There is a lot of partiality between juniors and seniors and the management doesn't clear oue issues.career growth is very slow.There is a bond of 3 years before we cannot resign.

...are very good in work and also naturewise with very good knowledge of their job. HOWEVER, COMPNAY HAS No career growth and salary is very low in comparison to the market. Work environment is terrific, even no one is allowed to talk to the next employee and most of the employee will chat while they are in the wash room. Some of the directors are Dictators and rude. The work environment is totally autocratic without any direction and no work life balance is available. There is no management in the name of management. Directors themselves are direction less as are not from the aviation field.

Dislikes

Low compensation and no growth with the result most of the employees will leave within 3 months of joining. No appreciation to the employees who are giving maxium and no on the job training culture is available. Every person i.e. Manager or Head are direction less and no one is there to listen their suggestions . Some of the Senior level other HOD's use slangs during discussion and if some one point out they will start shouting without any thing. The Culture in the company is good for localities i.e. Telugu speaking persons but not favourable for other employees who come from other parts of the country.

Since pandemic started all other airlines provided their crew mask , sanitizer. Here in turbo Megha we literally begged for it and got it very late . These is the worst company to work with .

Dislikes

Company has terminated me due to pandemic I was hassled and also met with as accident my finger had an fracture, I move to my home base in Mumbai , Company terminated stating that I am not allowed to leave my positioned base ie Chennai without their permission. Situation was work a cabin crew , also place were I was staying people were not treating us well bcoz of our profession. I asked company to issue me warning letter or allow me to resign. I also mention , that i understand because of crisis company are cutting down employees, so I am ready to go on unpaid leave till pandemic gets over, but company din agree .

There is no job security in this company. work culture is very good and environment is pretty good with all collegues and managers. Company policies are very bad.

Company higher management is not good
