Worst working experience with franchise, very less salary, salary not on time, no career growth. Franchise only concerned about her personal gain but hardly concerned about employees welfare and benefits.
Its a pretty nice organisation however the people responsible for business and profits are idiots ....they have no vision and are running like headless chicken. About Job security you would just be called one day and informed " Hi guys we messed up the entire business and we don't want to pay for it ...so you will have to part ways..lol."
In a nutshell ""Too many cooks trying to make boiled eggs"
Earlier the Co n management was very good. But gradually over all its has detoriated. There is no guarantee of ur job security. One fine day suddenly u r informed tht ur position is redundant no matter how senior and old ur r in the system and ur experience in the Co. Though ur r need fr tht job and position. Just because Co. Feel employee count needs to be cut down. So u r just been asked to leave.
It's the best Co.i hv worked for fr last 20yrs, but Management keeps changing as the decisions changes. Which has effected the Co as well as employees too.
Tupperware stands out because of the culture they follow. One may love working in the Company just because of its culture, but then rest is all not that great as it looks from outside.
Since the company is not doing good, people who used to be good to each other are turning into opportunity snatchers as the competition is tough to survive in the job, every year they are going through layoffs. You will see a lot of resignations happening and a few hirings also happen, but mostly people are overburdened.
The only thing I liked was the work life balance, the free products they gave and the office lawn in the winters.

Culture is the mother of all problems and it flows from the HR and the MD. It’s a very top down and the entire company practically runs at the whim and fancy of the MD. It’s your typical lala company in the garb of a MNC. Quality of people wrt to smartness, intelligence, experience, learning is below average. Quality of work is poor ( autonomy is given only in paper) , career growth, skill development, learning , employee benefits, trust factor, opportunities, monetary growth are extremely limited to nil. Handing out free quarterly or monthly gifts does not make then an employee centric org. Unless you are ok with that kind of punitive and humiliating culture, good at buttering up and wanting to have a place to chill for a while or even retire its not the place for you. Plus they are on a major degrowth (since 2014 from 1000cr topline in 2014 to 200 cr in 2020) in the country, the funds are drying up and the global doesn’t give two hoots about their existence and the so called leadership team is as lost as anyone, has no strategy up their sleeve, has too much ego and just keeps fighting amongst themselves like a bunch of school kids only to be shut quiet with headmaster’s cane. Its only about time global brings a shutter down on them so in my wildest dreams I wouldn’t suggest ANYONE to join this company. I can go on and on but you get the jist.
