JOB SECURITY, RESPECT FROM EMPLOYEES,FRIENDLY,CO- OPERATION FROM LABOUR AND STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.COMPANY CULTURE IS GOOD AND POLICIES ARE BASED ON STATUES WHICH ARE IRREVOKABLE.MANAGEMENT WAS GOOD AND ITS CLOSURE WAS A SAD SINCE COMPANY HAS GIVEN BREAD AND INITIAL WORK EXPERIENCE SOON AFTER GRADUATION .STILL I REMEMBER SOCETY DIRECTORS AND UNION LEADERS AND EMPLOYEES AND MANAGENT CADRE PEOPLE WHO HELPED US TILL 1993 SEPTEMBER SINCE I RESIGNED THE JOB ON MY OWN ACCORD DUE TO PROMOTION WAS NOT POSSIBLE IN VIEW OF POLICY MATTER SINCE I WAS GOVERNED BY CO-OPERATIVE RULES AND NOT BY FACTORY STATUES IAM THANKFUL TO T.S.P.LTD FOR HELP GIVEN TO ME AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS
