Only thing i like about this company they pay good salary

...cularly from senior staff. There is a blatant disregard for employee well-being. A strict and unreasonable attendance policy is enforced, where even a one-minute delay results in an absence and a corresponding salary deduction.

Industries best incentives and salaries for sales person. The best thing: On time salary always on last day of the month if it's holiday u will get it one day earlier.

Head Office going guys being treated as dihadi majdur. Forget flexibility of a minute. They deduct a days salary for a minute late & also if u forget even once to punch out they will deduct a days salary/leave. So u r literally being paid after getting 2-3 days salary/leave deducted every month. If u r getting 30% hike then it's automatically reduced to 10% lol by this op culture 🤣. Forget joining unless the hike is 50% cause every month or two ur salary/leave will be deducted like hell for non flexible reasons. Note: There were no such problems when I joined everything was employee friendly but since last few months my mental piece is gone instead of focusing more on work I focus more on how to mark attendance properly and have set 3-4 alarms just to focus on attendance. Doesn't feels like workplace now but feels like school.

Every month new policies which really make you feel annoyed. selling the franchise and just let everything done by TSM only. We are not managers we are Brokers between store owners and Company. They hire you with a different job Descriptions and the actual work is not going to help you in personal or organisational way Growth.
