Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The environment of the organization is awesome, you will feel the home atmosphere at here not much work pressure. you have to finish your work there is no time boundation to come to the office on time. This is the best thing.

Dislikes

You will face that you will fix on one projects if you are brilliant in that segment. Opportunities are lesser to work on multiple projects.
