Students development would be the first and foremost for a teacher .Since I was working my students developed so well and parents always praised me for that. I had worked almost 3 years there.

Salary was not descent according to work pressure

The children I taught and their improvements gave me the most job satisfaction.

Dislikes

I was the only teacher for all the classes in the school, so huge work pressure was there irrespective of salaries, since beginning lack of coordination with the main branch had been observed, after covid 19 pandemic the salary had been reduced and payment was also made in an irregular manner.
