Good investors and trying to make organization better. Holidays no colleagues will answer calls and always enjoy. Office Holidays on Saturday and Sunday. Factory/ manufacturing unit holiday on Thursday. So only three days in a week people will work

Culture to treat people is not good. It's by top management not by investors.

Teammates was always supporting . Appraisal is not good as we want.the covid-19 was a financial outburst in which the company didnot provided any financial security & infact it turned out to be devastating as they asked me to tender my resignation.
