Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I thought their working culture would be great but they I was wrong.

Dislikes

Everything. They want to hire you on megre salary of 4.8L for a person who is having experience more than 9 years in sales with good qualification and communication skills.When they ask you your current salary and expected salary which is more higher than what they want to offer you.They still ask you to come for the interview thinking they will try to negotiate with you,but they fail.They need someone who they can give 30-32k per month and do all the task for them that includes field work,closures,meeting clients,calling and what not.They are nonsence people sucking blood out of employees.I wasted by time and energy by going there for the interview.Dont ever think of applying for there.They are a bunch of idiots running the company.
