Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Food. Infrastructures. Accommodation

Dislikes

Doesn't let you take decision independently. Team mates few had good skills, less salary, lot of internal politics, can learn about deaddiction but not about general psychiatry, no innovation, . Difficult to gain confidence of boss.

Likes

Exposure, training and guidance by seniors, however, very limited.

Dislikes

Unstructured administration, very low salary, poor working environment, no concern for employees' compensation, benefits, self-growth, leaves etc.
