I had a fantastic experience at Tulasi Healthcare.The team was incredibly supportive and collaborative, allowing me to develop my skills significantly. I especially appreciated the emphasis on continuous learning and the opportunities to take on new challenges.

The staff

Dislikes

The place treat qualified professionals as their laborer. The management is very poor and biased. They try to manipulate staff by false complaints and demands what were not originally in the contract. They does not care about the mental health of their working staff.

Likes

Some of the senior staff members are helpful, like Dr Ratnarakshit. Dr Gorav despite being busy and the head will always be available to guide you if you work hard. A variety of patients for the much needed exposure and good infrastructure.

Dislikes

1. The salary is extremely unsatisfactory. 2. Consistent shuffling of counsellors. 3. The Old staff specifically in psychologists team are not really helpful except for one. They rather are involved in politics, ill-talking about others. The worst part is the management takes no feedback about the same or if someone complains they do not pay heed to the same. This is discouraging for the new hardworking employees.
