There is no dislike till covid comes to our lives, after covid, manager's said company doesn't need you some time till work resume ,they promised me to take me back in September or October 2020 . But unfortunately they failed to get me back even they doesn't pick up the phone and reply on emails. And the result is I'm jobless right now .. whenever I message to my manager he said "right now not possible because work & operations isn't working on good track so will update you" !! I'm struggling now for job

Tui is a best comapany but indian management is very poor mindset people. They have fake commentment for incentive I have worked there around one year and earned many incentive but I haven't received any single amount. when I have asked them about incentive they just postpone the date. Intention is not to provide any incentive chor management.

Training only when there's budget available, and then you get sent on courses that aren't job related as your management need to spend all of their budget or it will be reduced next financial year. Certain favourite people get more training than others.

Management very clichy. No room for movement or promotion unless you are in the cliche. The only thing good about the company is cheap holidays. TUI are losing so many staff. Many people who have been there a long time are waiting to be made redundant but some have started to leave as they cannot wait anymore, as better companies beckon. Working from home is only available to certain people and is dependent upon management discretion. Some people are allowed to work at a different site other than Luton even though they are often the only one in the office, and surround themselves by staff that are allowed to work from home almost all week and no one challenges (old TRACS support team and their manager). Is amazing to see what some people get away with unchallenged.
