The work is more hectic & they can't even treat freshers as a new joiny. And also they treated freshers as a experienced employee & expecting to much from new joiners & also there is no proper management & Work culture. From my point of view if you have any other opportunities then definitely go for that because they ruined your career.

...s the worst. Its work environment is even worse. They treat freshers very badly. They make you work way more than what they pay you. The work culture is extremely toxic. They even put salaries on hold. They expect a fresher to work like someone with years of experience. And the CTO here doesn’t even seem like a real CTO — more like something else entirely. There are no ethics, no professionalism, and no experienced leaders. Just one or two people making all the decisions. Such a terrible company — don’t join this company.

Nothing, the company is fraud and still working, Don't know why. First company which who ensure your notice period is never ending, your name is not what you have on National cards, it is what billing are you getting from Client. Very first day at Tudip teaches you that "CLIENT IS GOD" now!! tell me what is something to Like about this place? The buffalo and Joker thinks they have a "Great Place to Work".

Salary delays: If you take leave on last working day of any month your salary will be delayed Management: botlickers that you cannot even complain for any partiality or unfair behavior. Work life balance: Regular overtime to 7 days, have to take sick leave to complete work and they have "PEOPLE MATTER TEAM" Credit for your work is usually taken by someone who is on notice or has relatively higher billing Notice period can be extended to 4 months

Nothing to like about this unprofessional organisation. All are idiots here, this unprofessional organisation won't pay the salary, and torture employees like anything. Better be unemployed but don't join this unprofessional unethical organisation

Organisation is unprofessional and unethical, won't pay employees on time salary, even they don't trust employees, they take the laptop with them during logout and need to collect the laptop next day morning login time. Better be employed but don't join this unprofessional organisation

...ork 14 hours a day. Otherwise you'll be undergoing PIP(Performance improvement). PIP=NO salary Conclusion: If you want to ruin your career,life,self-respect, and self-confidence then you can blindly join this company. (They play extremely filthy Politics regarding salary and everything).
