Every person can work without any variation in one person is low and another one is high They gave good food.

Most of person worked in NEEM TR schemes,so salary low we don't had a PF &ESi. If I releaved from company two month before now I don't had any amout in my hand.I don't like NEEM scheme. Every company use this technique and throw us like paper.

Pros : You will get trained even zero experience. Flexible timings (TIMB & CTC) Training through IIIC team- Appreciated. Easily u will get loan.

Dislikes

Cons : No benefits apart from salary. Really Culture is very different you will never see like this. Uncivilized canteen culture. No systematic approach. Still company people mindset in 1995. Still Using MS Excel 2003.

Totally illogical growth pressure, without any knowledge of head room available nor market available Senior people please think twice before joining , expectations will be unrealistic

No work life balance Lot of politics promotion or increment only based on politics only No support from top management Keep on changing policies which make sales men life miserable
