Totally illogical growth pressure, without any knowledge of head room available nor market available Senior people please think twice before joining , expectations will be unrealistic

No work life balance Lot of politics promotion or increment only based on politics only No support from top management Keep on changing policies which make sales men life miserable

Overall good experience working here, colleagues are supportive, there are lot to learn, so many employee engagement activities are conducted. Company policies are good & favorable to employees.

Salary offered is good but growth, increment & promotions are a bit slow. Rest is satisfactory.

...cipline, Senior regards, punctuality, honesty about job and responsibility etc. Salary and expense timely released by account department.

But measure dislike that south indian boss have not do trust on north employees. Reporting manager ordered to team do and done but comitment by facing employees but that expenses not be cleared by him.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high,. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have attended client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed from my mid-year appraisals. Also, there's no on job training for freshers, hence Seniors folks like me to have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes.
