Work pressure must be percolated to the all level of management, why juniors will be penalize? Management must think otherwise resignation will continue

On time salary. Fastest growing company as it works in all sectors(Power, Railway, Oil&Gas, Fertilizer, MEP) of EPC like Civil, Mechanical, E&I etc. Grab the opportunity to be part of the organization 😀

It is the best place for fresher engineers and managerial positions.

The salary hike is very poor. And if you have any good source in the company then only you get a hike and promotion. If a fresher joins here and after 1 year they treat them like him labor and get nothing after hard work only fake promises. All hr will give oil and butter to the management and give you only fake promises. No Sundays are off days but if you require any leave for any problem they treat you like you asking them any thing illegal. if you join here leave the company within 1 year.
