It's very disappointment, Nothing to say.

Dislikes

No job security, no appraisals, no particular date for salary and no weekends no festival holidays. Particularly you have to work more on holidays and festival time. You have attended calls from morning 8 Am to midnight 1Am. It's very pathetic culture in office.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
