My working time with TTK Prestige was good, I had developed lots of skills in my entire working period. I had took many decision for development of my territory it was very helpful for me in my working time. In all of my decisions my Branch manager was very supportive.

Dislikes

...ays forcing to working in Sunday and holiday time. It's not good for a employee. And as a organisation company have to change in pay or expenses level, They have to revise his policy they have to change in Employee CTC level and Travel policy it's not good for a employee.

Only culture is good.

Dislikes

One employee has do to work of 6 employees. Employee is overloaded with work and salary is less. Company has not upgraded the process as per technology. At the time of interview management gives different commitments and at the time of joining the role is totally different.

Dictatorship as a branch manager in Indore Branch. Using of abusive language and unprofessional tone ,insulting and mental torcher even to newcomers TSO.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients and staff calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

All managers in this company are there to enjoy their life by sitting on there chair. How a manager can be a manager for last 18 years. TSO's are pressurized in such a manner that they have to leave the job. Managers always put bad points of TSO's infront of top management and good thing is that managers are not questioned or kickout. They will not help you in market also. So all the pressure is on you. Promotions are not based on performance,you have to give exams Udaan Management at all india level. From this only 3 or 4 people are selected. So my point is that you are giving an entrance exam for promotion no performance wise promotion.
