Limited Salary Growth & Bad Future For Contractual Staff Who Are Otherwise Already Working In Good Positions But In Contract, Top Management From Corporate Is Non-supportive & Are Not Able To Understand Plant Level Challenges & Do Not Want To Change Their Mindsets & POV's As Per Local Plant Level Requirements.

My working time with TTK Prestige was good, I had developed lots of skills in my entire working period. I had took many decision for development of my territory it was very helpful for me in my working time. In all of my decisions my Branch manager was very supportive.

Dislikes

...ays forcing to working in Sunday and holiday time. It's not good for a employee. And as a organisation company have to change in pay or expenses level, They have to revise his policy they have to change in Employee CTC level and Travel policy it's not good for a employee.

Only culture is good.

Dislikes

One employee has do to work of 6 employees. Employee is overloaded with work and salary is less. Company has not upgraded the process as per technology. At the time of interview management gives different commitments and at the time of joining the role is totally different.
