No appraisals in last two year, poor management. No one to listen your grievance.

Nobody listens from management team, trainers are not treated well, no on time salary, no appraisals. They Don't even submit the pf deducted from salary, no medical facilities.

I liked there employee friendly environment. company culture was also good. seniors are supportive.

nothing exactly like that ...but few thing should be there that make it more more better..... like creativity enhancer activities and some facilities as well.

The TOP management didnot understand the pains and perils of hardworking executives. The treatment to them was very poor. The menial staff play a role of senior and dictate terms. Highly qualified professionals were treated like a peons and NO professional approach. All were under pressure always. No growth plan and career progression

Totally waste around 5peoples only rule there company no looking employee benefits and work-life balance very very poor team handling

In my life worst experience with TTI Global. still fighting my Provident fund amount. 1 year 2 months provident fund amount not submitted in my PF account. They are ignoring my mails and calls, they not giving amount.
