I have 4+ years of experience in operations, customer service and events. Below is my profile.  Currently working with British Council Management Services as a Video Call Speaking Supervisor (IELTS backend operations)  Started  as Greeter Proctor for the same company in June 2022  Worked as a chat associate with Ttec india pvt ltd  Also worked as a production executive for a Pune based corporate events firm.  Preferred location is Delhi NCR however I'm willing to relocate if the salary is offered accordingly. ...for internal job posting which can be applied for which arise from time to time. Its a credible company and I have not got any issues with salary payments even during the initial phase of pandemic.

Career growth is slower. Didn't get appraisal last year. But it might be due to pandemic situation. Only 1 way transportation available which is little uncomfortable for outstation employees. Though now we have WFH for now. There is office politics but as of now its has not directly affected me.

Dislikes

No salary hikes even year, no any US or any of the Indian holiday off are given. Only fixed 2 day week off is given. However this is the only company where you can take many leaves, they do not hesitate to give you leave to go home or support your family. So it is the best part of the company.

...et, else you will be called and asked to complete target by logging in again. 4. Salary and benefits: Very poor salary structure. Even the incentive structure is also poor. 5. Irresponsible and uncooperative leads and higher authority: Manager and leads don't pickup calls. They don't even respond to messages after seeing it. Manager doesn't know how to manage employees and leaves Overall, if you don't want to join hell, please don't join Ttec.
