...cularly within the Gujarati community, which creates an unfair work environment. There is little opportunity for learning or growth, and the salary offered is quite low compared to industry standards. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that they provided an experience letter to an employee who was involved in inappropriate behavior towards female colleagues. This shows a serious lack of accountability. On the other hand, employees who faced issues related to coupon abuse or caste discrimination were not given the same consideration. It feels like casteism is at its peak here. Another major issue is the management style. If you disagree with your manager, Mr. Pratik, they will find a way to push you out, regardless of your past performance. There seems to be a complete absence of ethics; he doesn’t think twice before jeopardizing someone's career. Overall, my experience at TTEC has been extremely negative, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

...gle mistake there will be PIP (1 step close to getting fired from the company) - Salary is less according to job responsibilities - Manager will never get in touch with you no matter how severe your concern is - Team lead is just for conducting pre shift meetings (They don’t have any authority for other stuffs )

If you are looking for high salary and good yearly increment. Would suggest to look for other option.

I have worked with Ttec for around 4 & half years, work environment is really good, you will feel like the company os your second family, everyone is supportive. You will learn alot of things in such familiar environment without much pressure.

Dislikes

The only thing which is concerning about Ttec is incentives and salary increments. Growth opportunities are there but you have to struggle for that alot.

All good, but salary is less in comparison to other organizations.

Very hectic and time taking job that needs to be done in very less time, time pressure is huge. Have to work rigorously all the time in shift.
